Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules can change. To help us manage our appointments and provide the best service to all our clients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, may be subject to a full grooming fee. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep our tails wagging smoothly!
